Marc Trujillo

American painter Marc Trujillo paints the purgatory of American urban and suburban landscapes such as gas stations, shopping malls, big chain stores, and restaurants. He received his BA in 1991 from the University of Texas at Austin and his MFA in 1994 from the Yale University School of Art. In 2001, Mr. Trujillo received the Louis Comfort Tiffany Foundation Award, and in 2008 he received the John Simon Guggenheim Fellowship and the Rosenthal Family Foundation Award in Art from the American Academy of Arts and Letters. He shows with Hirschl & Adler Modern in New York and Winfield Gallery in Carmel. He currently resides in Los Angeles.




Sarah Kay has been invited to share poetry in such diverse places as the 2011 TED Conference; the Malthouse Theater in Melbourne, Australia; and the Royal Danish Theater in Copenhagen, Denmark, among hundreds of other venues. Her books, B (Domino Project) and No Matter the Wreckage (Write Bloody Publishing), are both consistently bestsellers. She is the founder of Project VOICE, an organization that brings spoken-word poetry to schools and communities around the world.

Robert Kerwin’s celebrity profiles, essays, short stories, and travel and op-ed pieces have appeared in Playboy, Cosmopolitan, Travel & Leisure, Ellipsis, Chicago Quarterly Review, The New York Times, The Washington Post, Chicago Tribune Magazine, and Los Angeles Times Calendar, among others. Born in Chicago, he received a BS in Journalism from the University of Illinois, and he later attended University College Dublin, Ireland, as a graduate student reading English Literature. He now lives in northern California and most re-cently has been working on a memoir, All to Myself Alone.

Patrice Vecchione ( is the author of Step into Nature: Nurturing Imagination and Spirit in Everyday Life and Writing and the Spiritual Life: Finding Your Voice by Looking Within, as well as two collections of poetry. She has also edited many poetry anthologies for adults and young people. She teaches creative writing and nature writing workshops.
